We provide Top Quality and Good Quality replicas. Both are made with premium materials, and the difference is mainly in fine craftsmanship details. You can request actual photos before shipping to confirm quality.

Each item passes two levels of inspection — one from the factory and one from our internal QC team before shipping. We also offer photo or video proof upon request before dispatch.

We rarely face such cases. If the parcel is lost under our responsibility, we’ll resend or fully compensate your order.
If delivery fails due to incorrect address or customs seizure, we cannot be held responsible.

Returns, Exchanges & Maintenance

Yes. Exchanges are accepted within 3 days of receiving your order. A $25 handling & shipping fee will apply.

Send us a video proof on the same day of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund after verification.

Our products are sold at promotional prices, and repairs must be sent directly to us. We’ll help fix the issue, but shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Customs, Tax & Handling

1. We are not responsible for customs taxes or fines, though we do our best to declare low values and split parcels to reduce risks.
2. Boxes are provided as a free gift and may get minor damage during transit — this does not affect product quality.
3. If your parcel is seized or stuck in customs, contact us with the official documents, and we’ll assist in reshipping.
4. Any damaged or defective item must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with a video proof for a replacement.
